Our Policy

All services are final — no refunds after your appointment. For general services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full amount will be automatically charged. For long-duration services (keratin, balayage, etc.), cancellations 5+ business days in advance receive a full deposit refund, 3 business days in advance can reschedule only, and anything less than 3 business days will result in a forfeited deposit with no rescheduling. No-shows are charged the full service amount and will be unable to book future appointments.
