Keratin Smoothing is a gentler method, replenishing the hair’s natural keratin and leaving your hair smoother with a bit of curl still intact. For Keratin Smoothing, a treatment should be renewed every 2-3 months to keep the hair smooth and frizz-free.
Chemical Straightening requires periodic touch-ups every 2-3 months for maintaining a straight look, but you will need to reapply it to newly grown hair.
Who should avoid Permanent Straightening?
If your hair has been previously treated with bleach or highlights that involved heavy lifting, Chemical Straighteningmay not be suitable. Keratin Smoothing can be used on colored hair that hasn’t been bleached.
To avoid no-shows or same-day cancellations, we kindly ask our clients to pay a $100 deposit when booking an appointment.
Cancellations made at least 5 business days in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made 3 business days in advance can be rescheduled only (no refund).
Cancellations made less than 3 business days in advance are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
